Why this works — Mila's notes
ROLLED OATS AND BETA-GLUCAN
Oats provide beta-glucan, a soluble fiber that stabilizes blood sugar and promotes hormonal balance. It nourishes beneficial bacteria that reduce inflammation and regulate mood.
RICOTTA AND CASEIN PROTEIN
Low-fat ricotta contains 22 g of protein per 200 g with all essential amino acids. Slow-digesting casein ensures satiety and stabilizes blood sugar, ideal for preserving muscle mass.
STRAWBERRIES AND ANTHOCYANINS
Fresh strawberries contain anthocyanins and vitamin C, powerful antioxidants that fight aging and stimulate collagen synthesis. Rich in folate and manganese for bone health and metabolism.
